Recent Publications

Some publications i have recently published

This paper describes comprehensive steps to prepare high-dimensional flow cytometry samples.

The paper describes a novel analysis pipeline for flow cytometry data. The pipeline has the ability to identify all cell populations in a sample and it can be applied in all disciplines utilizing flow cytometry regardless of cytometer or panel design.

In this paper we outline the results of an experimental archeological study aimed at establishing criteria for recognizing alligator gar scale points.
